TRAINING & REQUIREMENTS
PPS companies hire both entry-level and experienced security professionals from a variety of backgrounds. Training is offered for specific sites, licenses, and/or certifications to those that need certain requirements or are seeking internal advancement. Recurring training and annual re-certifications are also offered.
As we provide services in multiple states, we adhere to and exceed all state guidelines in ensuring our officers are trained and licensed. We also provide various modules of specialized training that cover everything from basic first aid to firearms training.
Certain positions at PPS companies require prior experience in military, law enforcement, or armed private security. These positions require a clean driving record and a successful physical exam. Qualified candidates will undergo extensive interviews as well as comprehensive background, drug test and criminal history investigation.
